Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Haralson County Jail in Bremen, Georgia. This full-time role offers a stable schedule with a rotating shift and opportunities to impact patient care in a correctional setting.

You will provide nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team while maintaining compliant documentation and a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in Georgia.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong clinical and communication abilities.
• Able to work effectively in a secured, correctional setting.
• Previous correctional healthcare experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and treatment to inmates.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Conduct assessments and monitor patient conditions.
• Respond to health concerns and sick calls.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Follow nursing policies and procedures and ensure safety.
