Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a full-time LPN to join the healthcare team at Jefferson County Jail in Louisville, GA. The position offers a unique schedule with a consistent rotation, allowing you to provide meaningful patient care in a correctional setting while collaborating with a dedicated medical team.

You will deliver nursing care, administer medications, perform assessments, respond to emergencies, and document care while upholding a safe, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LPN license in Georgia.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the correctional facility
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Perform assessments and monitor patient conditions
• Respond to medical needs and emergencies
