Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the White County Detention Center in Georgia.

This full-time, day-shift role offers a rotating schedule to provide direct patient care, administer medications, document care accurately, and collaborate with a dedicated medical team.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of Georgia.
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
• Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing nursing care and treatment according to established protocols.
• Administering medications and treatments.
• Monitoring patient conditions and identifying changes in health status.
• Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Full-time schedule

What You'll Do

As an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you will provide direct patient care to individuals in a correctional healthcare setting while working as part of a dedicated medical team.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing nursing care and treatment according to established protocols
• Administering medications and treatments
• Monitoring patient conditions and identifying changes in health status
• Responding to medical needs and emergenciesCompleting accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicating with providers and other members of the healthcare team
