Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of any changes.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive optimal care.
Day & Evening shifts available.
Full-Time or Part- Time all shifts (7 a.m. – 3 p.m., 3pm to 11 pm , with every other weekend required.
Flexible 8-hour shifts for PRN status

Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
A current, unencumbered, active North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Current CPR certification.
At least one year of experience in Long-Term Care.
