Job summary

Greens at Weaverville in North Carolina is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a compassionate, skilled team dedicated to providing exceptional care for elderly residents.

The role offers day and evening shifts with full-time or part-time options, including 7 a.m.–3 p.m. and 3 p.m.–11 p.m., with every other weekend required, and flexible 8-hour shifts for PRN status. Base benefits include medical, vision, and dental insurance, PTO, and a $12,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
• A current, unencumbered, active North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience in Long-Term Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of any changes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive optimal care.
