The Greens at Spruce Pine is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team in Spruce Pine, NC. This is a full-time day shift with flexible scheduling and paid training, offering career growth and a $12,000 sign-on bonus paid within the first year.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, complete resident assessments, document care, monitor changes, and supervise CNAs while delivering resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments.
• Completing resident assessments.
• Accurately documenting care and clinical observations.
• Monitoring changes in resident condition and communicating with physicians and the care team.

As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care by:
