The Greens at Spruce Pine in Spruce Pine, NC is hiring a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Day Shift. This full-time role offers a $12,000 sign-on bonus paid within the first year and a supportive team focused on quality resident care.

As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, complete resident assessments, document observations, and collaborate with CNAs and the care team to promote comfort, dignity and quality of life in a skilled nursing

Qualifications

• CPR certification current.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.

Responsibilities

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities

As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care by:

• Providing direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments
• Completing resident assessments
• Accurately documenting care and clinical observations
• Monitoring changes in resident condition and communicating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Delivering compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes comfort, dignity, and quality of life

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN License
• Current CPR Certification
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred, but not required
