We're looking for compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Full-Time Night Shift nursing team.

As an LPN on our night shift team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our residents receive compassionate, high-quality care throughout the night.
You will:
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and resident care plans
Perform nursing assessments and monitor changes in resident condition
Provide wound care and other skilled nursing treatments
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Supervise and support CNAs
Communicate changes in condition to physicians and nursing leadership
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Provide reassurance, comfort, and compassionate care to residents throughout the night
Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN license
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable and compassionate
Long-term care experience preferred
