Aspire Physical Recovery Center at Hoover seeks a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for all shifts. You will provide hands-on nursing care, support CNAs, collaborate with therapy, and help patients regain strength and return home.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama LPN license in good standing required.
• Experience in rehabilitation, hospital, or long-term care preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor patients and report changes in condition
• Perform nursing procedures within the LPN scope of practice
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapy, and other healthcare professionals
• Supervise and support CNAs and Nursing Assistants
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation
• Communicate with patients and families
• Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and recovery

What We’re Looking For

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Strong nursing and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to work effectively with the interdisciplinary team
• Rehabilitation, hospital, or long-term care experience preferred
• New graduate LPNs encouraged to apply
