About the Role:

As an Evening Shift LPN, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to our residents during the evening shift. Your duties will include:

• Provides Direct Patient Care: Administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing wound care to residents in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Assists with Daily Living Activities: Assisting residents with grooming, bathing, and dressing, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

Requirements:
