Job summary

River's Edge Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for per diem all shifts in Philadelphia. You will provide hands-on nursing care to residents, follow care plans, and collaborate with the health team to ensure quality, compassionate care.

New graduates welcome. Pay rate ranges from $28 to $36 per hour. Perks include medical/dental/vision, 401k, paid time off, sign-on bonuses, weekend differential, and opportunities for overtime and yearly increases.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license valid in PA.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team.
• Must pass TB screening and required health checks.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist physicians during rounds and exams.
• Communicate effectively with residents' families and care team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations.
