Cura Health in Sauk Centre is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our healthcare team. This role provides essential nursing care under supervision of RNs and physicians, with a focus on safe, personalized care and patient comfort.

We offer 12-hour shifts with every 3rd weekend and a sign-on bonus up to $1,500 for full-time. Competitive benefits include a health care plan and paid time off. Eligible candidates must have an LPN license and completion of an accredited program.

LPN Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering injections, and managing wound care.
• Assist with patient assessments and report any changes in patient status to Registered Nurses or physicians promptly.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Document all nursing care and patient information accurately and timely.
• Support patients with activities of daily living and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain compliance with infection control standards and healthcare regulations.

• Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, or recent graduate who will obtain an LPN license within 4 months.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in long term care or skilled nursing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing care practices, medication administration, and patient safety protocols.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff are preferred.
• Ability to work under supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team is preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including 12-hour shifts, every 3rd weekend, and holidays.

• Annual salary: 51000-75000 USD/year
