Job summary

Cura Health in Sauk Centre is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide essential nursing care under RN and physician supervision. The role emphasizes monitoring patients, administering medications, and collaborating with the care team to promote safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license or eligible to obtain within 4 months
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred
• Strong knowledge of nursing care practices and patient safety protocols
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are preferred
• Ability to work under supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team is preferred
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Flexibility to work shifts including 12-hour shifts, every 3rd weekend and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care including vital signs, injections, wound care
• Assist with patient assessments and report changes promptly
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocols
• Document nursing care and patient information accurately
• Support patients with activities of daily living
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain infection control standards and comply with healthcare regulations
