Job summary

Cura Health in Sauk Centre is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our healthcare team. This role provides essential nursing care under supervision of RNs and physicians, with a focus on safe, personalized care and patient comfort.

We offer 12-hour shifts with every 3rd weekend and a sign-on bonus up to $1,500 for full-time. Competitive benefits include a health care plan and paid time off. Eligible candidates must have an LPN license and completion of an accredited program.

Qualifications

• LPN license required or eligible to obtain within 4 months.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Ability to work under supervision as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Flexible to work 12-hour shifts, every 3rd weekend and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care including monitoring vital signs, injections, and wound care.
• Assess patient status and report changes to RNs or physicians promptly.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per established protocols.
• Document nursing care and patient information accurately and timely.
• Support activities of daily living and patient comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain infection control standards and healthcare regulations.
