Job summary

UP Health System - Marquette is seeking a Clinic LPN to join our Behavioral Health team. In this full-time role, you will support providers, nurses and staff to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a clinic setting.

You should hold a Michigan LPN license, graduate from an LPN/LVN program, and have BLS-HCP. The schedule is 10x8-hour days, with a 7:30a-4pm or 8a-4:30pm, Monday through Friday; a $7,500 sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• State of Michigan LPN license required.
• Graduation from an LPN or LVN program.
• Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS-HCP) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collects and documents patient intake data and maintains records.
• Provides patient support addressing emotional, physical, social, cultural, religious and economic factors.
• Assists with routine clinic support activities.
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment per clinic policy.
• Assists with patient assessments and treatments under physician supervision.

What we're looking for
