Job summary

UP Health System - Marquette, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Clinic LPN to join a Behavioral Health team. You will work with providers, nurses and staff to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

A Michigan LPN license, graduation from an LPN/LVN program and BLS-HCP are required. This full-time role features a 10 x 8-hour shift schedule, a 7:30a-4/8a-4:30p window, and a $7,500 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• State of Michigan LPN license required.
• Graduate from an LPN/LVN program.
• Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (BLS-HCP) required.

Responsibilities

• Collects and documents patient intake data with accurate records.
• Provides patient support considering emotional, physical, social, cultural, religious and economic factors.
• Assists with routine clinic support activities.
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
• Maintains a safe, therapeutic environment per clinic policy.
• Assists with patient assessments and treatments under physician supervision.

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a state of Michigan LPN license and have graduated from an LPN or LVN Program.
