Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect and document patient intake data and maintain records.
• Provide patient support considering emotional, physical, social, cultural, religious, and economic factors.
• Assist with routine clinic support activities.
• Advocate for patients' physical and emotional well-being.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic clinic environment.
• Assist with patient assessments and treatments under physician supervision.

UPHS Pediatric Specialists is a vibrant, fast-paced hub of compassionate care, serving a large and diverse community of children and their families. On any given day, our team welcomes newborns for their first check-up, reassures anxious parents, and celebrates milestones with toddlers and teens alike. How you'll contribute

• Collects and documents patient intake data. Maintains accurate and complete patient records.
• Provides patient support that reflects considerations for emotional, physical, social, cultural, religious and economic influences.
• Assists with routine clinic support activities.
• Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
• Maintains appropriate, safe and therapeutic environment per clinic policy.
• Assists with performing patient assessments and treatments under the supervision of a physician.

What we're looking for

• Applicants should have a state of Michigan LPN license and have graduated from an LPN or LVN Program.
