Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living in Lexington, KY seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our assisted living team. The LPN will provide daily resident care, monitor health, administer medications per care plans, and collaborate with CNAs and RNs to maintain safety and comfort for residents.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in applicable state and CPR certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain close relationships with residents.
• Take initiative and guide RN/LPN staff as needed.
• Provide stellar resident care per each resident’s care plan.
• Make resident safety a daily priority.
• Continuously assess, record, and document resident health.
• Assist with and monitor resident medication needs.
