Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Assisted Living communities in Louisville, KY. Roles include 7am-7pm full-time and 7pm-11pm part-time shifts.

The LPN will support daily resident care, coordinate with RA/CNA staff, and ensure safety and dignity for residents. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate health records, administering medications as per care plans, and promoting compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in applicable state and CPR certification.
• Strong commitment to compassionate resident care and daily living support.
• Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain close relationships with residents.
• Take initiative and provide guidance to RA and CNA staff.
• Provide stellar resident care as directed by each resident’s care plan.
• Make resident safety a daily priority.
• Continually assess, record, and document resident health and monitor for concerns.
• Assist with and monitor resident medication needs.
