Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our assisted living community in Calhoun, GA. The PRN LPN will provide essential daily care to residents, support caregivers, and help execute individualized care plans with compassion and professionalism.

Requirements include an active LPN license in Georgia and CPR certification. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and communicate effectively with residents and team members.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in applicable state with CPR certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reading, writing and basic math and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain close relationships with residents.
• Take initiative and guide RA and CNA staff.
• Provide stellar resident care as per care plans.
• Make resident safety a daily priority.
• continually assess, record and document resident health and monitor for concerns.
• Assist with and monitor resident medication needs.
