Ciena Healthcare in Michigan is seeking an LPN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and coordinate resident care on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with regulations and facility policy.

Omni Continuing Care, The LPN Supervisor is responsible for providing, overseeing and coordinating the delivery of resident care during assigned shifts in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policy under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing/designee. This role provides clinical supervision to nursing assistants, ensures continuity of care, and serves as a key resource for residents, families, and staff.
