Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care per individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders.
- Perform resident assessments, wound care, and accurate documentation.
- Monitor changes in resident condition and communicate with the care team.
- Supervise and support CNAs during daily operations.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a key role in providing exceptional care by:
- Providing direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administering medications, treatments, and physician orders
- Performing resident assessments, wound care, and accurate clinical documentation
- Monitoring changes in resident condition and communicating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
- Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during daily clinical operations
- Collaborating with nurses, physicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure outstanding resident outcomes
- Delivering compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity, comfort, and quality of life
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- Current CPR Certification
- Minimum of one year of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
