Job summary

Greens at Hendersonville is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered and training is provided. Flexible day and night shifts are available, with both full-time and part-time options.

Responsibilities include medication administration, patient assessments, wound care, and documentation, along with supervising Nursing Assistants and reporting changes to the physician as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program
• Active North Carolina LPN license required
• Current CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per resident plan of care, including medication administration and wound care
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities by Nursing Assistants
• Monitor residents’ condition and promptly notify physician of changes
