Job summary

Baptist Health Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking an LPN for full-time day shifts to support inpatient rehabilitation. You will provide direct and indirect patient care, collaborate with the care team, and help coordinate discharge planning to ensure safe transitions for patients.

The role requires a state-licensed LPN with CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred. A supportive team environment and opportunities for professional development are offered.

• Current state LPN licensure.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse.

Additional requirements include:

• CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
• Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
