North Florida Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, Inc., seeks a licensed practical nurse for night shift in our rehabilitation program. You will provide hands-on patient care, support discharge planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery.

The role requires a valid LPN license, CPR/BCLS, and a minimum of one year in acute care nursing. ACLS and CRRN are preferred, with a strong focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.

• Graduation from an accredited licensed practical nurse program.
• Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse.
• At least 1 year of acute care LPN experience.
• CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: FT Nights | 3- 12 Hours 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM | Every other Weekend

How you'll contribute:

Provides patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a registered nurse.

• Assists with patient assessments and contributes to care planning
• Administers treatments and medications within scope of practice
• Supports interdisciplinary care interventions focused on rehabilitation progress
• Documents patient information accurately and in a timely manner
• Provides care appropriate to the age and condition of the patient
• Demonstrates strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and patient advocacy

Qualifications and requirements:

• Graduation of an accredited licensed practical/ vocational nurse program.
• Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse.
• A minimum of one-year acute care LPN Experience
• CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
• CRRN Preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
