Greensprings Assisted Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team in Prattville, AL. Hours: 3PM to 11PM. We offer meaningful work, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

As an LPN, you will evaluate and deliver resident care, administer medications, perform treatments, and document care per physician orders. You will collaborate with residents, families, and the care team to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and deliver care including medication administration and treatments per plan of care.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and quality of care.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and supervisor.
• Maintain up-to-date medical records during shift.

Hours: 3PM to 11PM

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties include but are not limited to:

• Evaluation and delivery of care including medication administration, treatments, Adl care, etc. as ordered by physician and outlined in the plan of care (according to scope of practice)
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure resident/patients receive quality care based on professional standards and facility policies
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status
• Maintain up to date and accurate medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit.
• Other tasks as required
