Parkside Care in Union Gap, WA is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, 12-hour shifts (10AM-10PM). A $7,000 sign-on bonus is offered, paid quarterly in year one, with a pay range of $33.00-$44.35 per hour DOE.

The facility provides a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth within Caldera Care. Candidates must hold a current LPN license and demonstrate strong patient care skills and CPR certification.

• Provide nursing care to patients as assigned
• Administer, observe, and record medication, treatments, vital signs, symptoms, and general condition of patient
• Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families
• Participate with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
