North Auburn Care, a Caldera Care facility in Auburn, WA, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN/on-call shifts. You will observe, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient status while delivering compassionate care.

You will collaborate with the nursing team, assist with admissions and discharges, and help manage unit operations. A current LPN license, CPR, and strong communication skills are required.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties and Responsibilities

• Observe, administer, record medications, treatments, and patient's vital signs, symptoms, and general condition
• Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families
• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
• Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications and Skills
