Fir Lane Care in Shelton, WA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team and provide high-quality nursing care across all shifts. Expect medication administration, vitals monitoring, patient education, and collaboration with care teams to support patients and families.

The ideal candidate holds a current LPN license and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, CPR/First Aid certifications, and knowledge of care policies.
