Job Overview

Pay, Benefits, and Perks

• $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates
• Starting pay at $32.00/hour, based on experience
• Shift differential pay at participating locations
• Paid Time Off (PTO+), accrued after 30 days, with additional PTO for perfect attendance

Essential Functions

• Assist in all aspects of nursing care with motivation and professionalism
• Develop and lead individualized care plans
• Assess and document residents' conditions and needs
• Implement physicians’ orders accurately and promptly
• Assign nursing tasks to team members appropriately
• Administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments
• Document treatments and care activities
• Maintain supplies and equipment safely and economically
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Valid LPN license and CPR certification
• Preferred one year of nursing experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to react quickly in emergencies and maintain confidentiality
