Essential Functions

• Assist in all aspects of nursing care with motivation and professionalism
• Develop and lead individualized care plans
• Assess, document, and respond to residents' conditions
• Implement physicians’ orders accurately and promptly
• Assign care tasks to team members appropriately
• Administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments
• Maintain proper documentation and equipment safety
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN School of Nursing
• Valid LPN license
• Preferred: One year of nursing experience
• Valid CPR certification
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Decisiveness in emergency situations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and knowledge of clinical training techniques
