About the Role

Our Skilled Nursing team provides specialized care across various areas such as orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You will evaluate patient needs, administer care, and work with cutting-edge technology as part of a dedicated interdisciplinary team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting wage: $28.15/hour, plus $3.40/hour Hero Pay
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for full-time
• Annual wage increases

Work Schedule

• Full-time or part-time options available
• Afternoon shifts: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Part-time evening shifts: 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments like wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
• Administer prescribed medications and advise patients and families
• Provide preventative and supportive care
• Oversee Nurse Aide team, including training and evaluations
• Promote excellent customer service and a positive environment

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Michigan and CPR certification
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or higher
• Strong analytical skills for care planning and problem-solving
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
