Job summary

The Rehabilitation Center of Independence is seeking a skilled Charge Nurse (LPN) to lead nursing care in a skilled nursing facility. Day or night shifts available, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

You will supervise CNAs, administer medications, and coordinate daily clinical operations to ensure high-quality resident care. Current Missouri LPN license and CPR/BLS required; 1–2 years in SNF/LTC or geriatric care preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN license in Missouri
• CPR/BLS certification required
• 1–2 years of experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively as part of a nursing team

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a SNF/LTC setting
