Perimeter Healthcare in Arkansas seeks a licensed practical nurse to perform selected nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse and supervision of the Director of Nursing for patients admitted to the facility.
The role requires an active LPN license in the designated state, a high school diploma plus Practical Nursing diploma, and at least 1 year in a mental health setting. BLS and Handle with Care must be completed within 1 week of employment.

Education: Must have graduated with High School Degree and have successfully graduated from a technical or vocational training diploma in Practical Nursing.
Experience: Minimum of one-year experience in a mental health related setting. Psychiatric inpatient facility experience is preferred.
Licensure: Must maintain an active and unrestricted practical nurse license within the designated state.
Additional Requirements: Successful completion of BLS and Handle with Care training within 1 week of employment, and prior to assisting in restraining procedures.
