Job summary

The Ohio Masonic Communities is seeking an LPN to provide resident-focused medical treatment and personal care at Browning Masonic Community in Waterville, Ohio, following Ohio State Health laws and assisted living standards. Shifts are 12 hours: days 6am-6:30pm, nights 6pm-6:30am.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary care to each and every resident.
• Assigns Nursing Assistants duties and evaluates progress of nursing assistants, resident assistants, and universal workers.
• Takes and records patients’ vital signs; dresses wounds and administers prescribed treatments.
• Observes patients and reports adverse reactions to medication or treatment to supervisor.
• Administers specified medication, oral or injectable, and documents in medication administration records.
