Job summary

The Ohio Masonic Communities is seeking an LPN to provide patient-focused medical care and personal support to residents across its communities in Ohio. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, monitor residents, and follow Ohio health laws and assisted living standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary care to each and every resident
• Assigns Nursing Assistants duties and evaluates progress of nursing assistants, resident assistants, and universal workers
• Takes and records patients’ vital signs. Dresses wounds, gives enemas, douches
• Observes patients and reports adverse reactions to medication or treatment to supervisor
• Administers specified medication, orally or by subcutaneous or intramuscular injection, and documents in medication administration records

Full-Time and Part-Time on 3pm-11:30pm

PRN on 7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, and 11pm-7:30am

Full-Time Sign-On Bonus $5000

Part-Time Sign-On Bonus $2500
