Job summary

Affirmed Home Care in Connecticut is seeking experienced Per Diem LPNs to join our clinical team delivering one-on-one home nursing in New London County. You’ll provide skilled care to medically complex clients in patients’ homes, with a focus on building trust and continuity of care.

Qualifications
