Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is seeking experienced Per Diem LPNs to join our clinical team providing one-on-one skilled nursing in clients' homes across New London County, CT. You’ll focus on delivering personalized care in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience (acute care or home care preferred).
• Active Connecticut LPN license and valid BLS certification required.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. and valid driver's license.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recentnursing experience (acute careor home care strongly preferred)
• Active Connecticut LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license
• Physical exam within 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
