Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for per diem nursing visits and shift-based cases in Stamford, CT. You'll provide compassionate care in a personalized home setting with the support of a leading agency.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LPN License
• At least 1 year of recent clinical experience
• Home care experience is a plus
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred

• Current PPD or QuantiFERON test, or chest x-ray if required
