Job summary

Warsaw Meadows Care Center in Warsaw, IN is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. The LPN will administer nursing care under RN supervision and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care.

Shifts available include Full Time Day/Eve (8 or 12 hours) and Full Time 6a-6p/6p-6a on weekends, with pay up to $37.50/hour plus shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Indiana.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisors.
• Provide basic medical care including changing bandages, administering prescribed medications, and collecting specimens.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and treatments provided.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the highest quality of resident care.

Warsaw Meadows Care Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in Warsaw, IN.

The primary purpose of the LPN is to administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisors. Shifts Available:
