Warsaw Meadows Care Center in Warsaw, IN is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. The LPN will administer nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, support resident wellness, and uphold our commitment to compassionate care.

Responsibilities

Warsaw Meadows Care Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in Warsaw, IN.

The primary purpose of the LPN is to administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisors. Our nurses are United by Compassion and Led by Purpose, and we are looking for professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents.

Shifts Available:

• Full Time Day/Eve Shift (8 or 12 hours)

• Full Time 6a-6p/6p-6a Weekends

Pay Range: Up to $37.50/hour PLUS eve/nights and weekend shift diff

LPN Responsibilities
