Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care for residents at our Warsaw, MO location. You will administer medications, manage care plans, and collaborate with a dedicated team to promote residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.

The role offers 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends, full-time day and night schedules, a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, and a $500 referral bonus for nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri LPN licensure
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with seniors and individuals with disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and prioritize tasks
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as ordered by physicians
• Assess and document resident's physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to meet those needs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimize resident outcomes
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Educate residents and their families on disease prevention, management, and wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
