Full-time, part-time, PRN, and weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions available

Responsibilities

1. Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice, the written plan of care, and physician’s treatment plan.

2. Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.

3. Perform medication administration and treatments as per plan of care (POC).

4. Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.

5. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with provided orders.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.

• Currently licensed by the PA State Board of Nursing.

• Proficiency in English to ensure patient safety and effective communication.

• Ability to work with multiple patients simultaneously.
