Ciena Healthcare in Michigan seeks an LPN Supervisor to oversee and coordinate resident care across shifts under the direction of the Director of Nursing. You will supervise CNAs/STNAs, assign work, and ensure continuity of care while adhering to regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, assigns, and directs work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilities
• Prepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety
• Receives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as needed
• Transfers employees among units per staffing demands
• Completes performance evaluations for CNAs/STNAs
• Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns
• Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
