Job summary

Ciena Healthcare is seeking an LPN at Regency at Lansing West in Michigan to oversee and coordinate resident care across shifts. You will supervise CNAs, align assignments with resident needs, and ensure safety and continuity of care under the director of nursing.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing, overseeing and coordinating the delivery of resident care during assigned shifts in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policy under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing/designee. This role provides clinical supervision to nursing assistants, ensures continuity of care, and serves as a key resource for residents, families, and staff.
