Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a full-time capacity. The role offers day/evening shifts and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires who start on or before September 30, 2026.

As part of our nursing team, you will provide patient care, collect data, observe, and communicate findings while supervising other staff as needed. A strong commitment to teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state (as required).
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

• Works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Responsible for delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Will also direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.

Posted Salary Range

USD $30.00 - USD $36.00 /Hr.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
