Job summary

Fundamental is seeking aLicensed Practical Nurse to join the team in a full-time role. The LPN will work in harmony with the nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating compassion and teamwork. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for new hires who start on or before September 30, 2026.

The posted salary range is USD $27.00 - USD $34.00 per hour. The role involves direct patient care, data collection, observations, and supervising other staff as needed in a long-term care

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

• Deliver nursing care to patients, collect data, make observations, and report pertinent information to care of patients.

Posted Salary Range

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
