Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in New Jersey is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day shift to provide skilled nursing care in the SNF and long-term care units. You will administer medications (including IVs where permitted), monitor vital signs, and deliver treatments with close outcome tracking.
