Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7) to care for residents in our Skilled and Long Term Care units. This role offers opportunities for advancement and sign-on bonus, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license required.
• Experience in SNF/long term care preferred.
