Job summary

The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care units in Selden, NY. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and supervise CNAs, while educating residents and families.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, daily pay, and competitive benefits. A current LPN license is required; salary goes up to $42 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and coordinate with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF and Long Term Care units.
• Administer medications, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and monitor outcomes.
